Jil is the Vice President of Human Resources and Community Relations for one of the Largest Entertainment Companies in the World. She is a Strategic Business Leader, Coach, Operations Partner, and Life Architect with more than 15 years' experience in Human Resources.
Jil has held Senior leadership and human resources roles with internationally known companies such as Bloomin Brands/Outback Steakhouse, ARAMARK Corporation, and YUM! Brands Inc., (Parent company of KFC, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut.)
Jil’s many accomplishments include being named a New Orleans CityBusiness’ “Women of the Year” Honoree, the Work Force Magazines, “Game Changer” Award, and the Most Powerful and Influential Women of Louisiana Award.”
Jil is the President of the W.Y.E.N. (Women’s Youth Empowerment Network), an organization designed for the empowerment and professional development of women, and a Professional Career Coach.
Through her work, she has had the honor of hosting Women’s Leadership Conferences across the Country, where she has featured powerful speakers such as former CNN Anchor Soledad O’Brien, Cee Cee Michaela, from the hit TV Sitcom, Girlfriends, and Breakout Star from the historical film Selma, Charity Jordan.
Jil has had the opportunity to represent her Company as a presenter at the Essence Festival, she was a speaker at the National Diversity Conference where General Colin Powell was featured, and enjoyed being the keynote speaker at the 2012 Women’s Final Four Legacy Luncheon.
Jil is known as a ‘Life Style Engineer.’ Her passion is to empower women and help them maximize their time so they can live a “Next Level Life Style.”
A married mother of two, Jil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from Ball State University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Troy State University.
