Coach Chi is a three time author, business, life, holistic and wellness coach, who continues to inspire hundreds of thousands of women throughout the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, Australia and Europe with her conferences, books, products, and presentations.
SheSpeaks "The Retreat" is devoted to teaching women how to understand and utilize the power of personal development, self-care, and holistic choices as an empowering lifestyle. Our approach is to address the whole woman in order to awaken the warrior and healer within. We recognize that healing is an inside job and before one can heal others one has to first heal and equip the woman in the mirror.
Coach Chi is on a mission to create Healed Villages of women in wellness and business around the world. She believes that the women make up the village! So, if you heal the woman, you heal nations. She believes that if you empower those who will go out to do the same for others, it will create a ripple effect around the world!

As the CEO of Queen Bey Health, Nefertari Bey has always had a love and passion for a healthy, spiritual and natural lifestyle and the commitment towards safe, non-toxic and competent self-care avenues.

Because of this nature and divine thought, Queen Bey Health was established in the community in 2017 as she became an author and birth her first cookbook titled, “Table Full of Veggies”; a plant-based cookbook for beginner vegans. She also launched her online store which specializes in creating small batch, herbal products using some of the best natural, vegan, sustainable, & organic ingredients from around the world. To complement her cookbook Nef also created the popular and well known, Table Full of Veggies All Purpose, herbal vegan seasoning to favorably accommodate the meals and dishes of vegetables without adding meat. Furthermore, Nefertari birthed two other businesses under her brand. ‘Source & SpiriTools’ (2020) under the mentorship and influence of many Cultural Elders, Master Teachers, in addition to her other brand, ‘Soaps by Nef”, an artisan organic herbal soap crafting company which launched in the Spring of 2022. Source & SpiriTools took much growth and manifestations and has over 13 years of knowledge and experience collectively. In between her businesses as a full time master herbalist and being a devoted stay at home mother and wife, Nefertari is also a certified nutritional health coach and personal trainer with a wealth of knowledge in experience in Medical Assisting, Public Health, Health Administration, Spiritual & Pure Alchemy, Shamanism, Gardening, Sound Healing Therapy and Guided Indoor, Outdoor and Walking Meditation.

Lakweshia Ewing lives and breathes education and learning. As professional business and educational consultant she holds multiple degrees in Applied Science, Psychology, Education, Organizational Leadership. Africana Studies and Sociology. Ewing has more than 18 years in crisis management, program design, organizational strategy, project management and evaluation, group dynamics, team-building and community coalition building, she has become a notable force in the realms of the government, education, philanthropic, faith based, business start-up and nonprofit sectors helping to procure over 20 million dollars in local, state, federal and private donor grants for educational programs and organizational development projects.
She currently is the CEO for Unlearn Everything and Live, LLC , a consulting firm with a niche focus on providing racial equity, inclusion and organizational team-building strategies. Ewing also serves a trainer for the nationally-renowned Racial Equity Institute, based in North Carolina. She serves in multiple capacities within the Chattanooga community including but not limited to serving as a Chaplin for the Chattanooga Police Department , current member of the City of Chattanooga mayoral transition team, current member of the City of Chattanooga Equitable Recovery Commission, former member of the City of Chattanooga Economic Mobility taskforce, former Co-Chair for the Economic Recovery Alliance for the City of Chattanooga Mayor’s Office.

As an international Evangelist missionary, facilitator and speaker, she has been featured in Huffington Post, Washington Post and several other notable media publications.
She is married and resides in Chattanooga, TN with her loving husband, Mr. Julian Ewing. The happy couple have no children of their own but became the proud guardians of her younger brothers, Fredrick and Emerson upon the death of the boy’s mother in 2010.
